Comocredits cannot be earned on port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spending, and shore excursions.
A valid Comoclub membership number (“Comoclubber ID”) and email must be provided at the time of booking. For Comocredits to be credited, the last/family name entered on the booking of the Primary Contact (“Lead Booker” as the context may require) must match that of the information provided when signing up for the Comoclub account.
Pooling of Comocredits is strictly prohibited. The Comoclubber ID provided must belong to the Lead Booker. In the event the Comoclubber ID provided is not a match or found to belong to a third party or travelling party, the Comocredits earned will be reversed automatically.
Only one Comoclubber ID per booking is eligible to earn Comocredits based on qualifying cruise fares.
Comocredits will be credited within 6 to 8 weeks after the successful completion of the cruise.

The Comoclub x iCruise website is operated solely by Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (OVC). ABN: 54 105 542 176. Travel licence No. 3008099 ("Comoclub x iCruise"), and all bookings made via the comoclubicruise.com site is recognised as a Comoclub x iCruise booking.
Comoclub shall not be liable in connection with the Comoclubber’s use of the site or any bookings made with Comoclub x iCruise, including without limitation for any loss, damage, or delay in connection with the award of Comocredits.

Eligibility to receive Comocredits is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Comoclub and Comoclub x iCruise reserve the right to withhold, cancel, reverse or reclaim any Comocredits previously awarded, or recover the equivalent value of such Comocredits if these Terms and Conditions are not met.
Any decisions made by Comoclub and/or Comoclub x iCruise in connection with any matter relating to Comoclub x iCruise shall be final and binding between the Lead Booker and Comoclub or Comoclub x iCruise (as the case may be).
The Comoclub Terms and Conditions shall apply. The personal data that the Lead Booker provides or makes available to Comoclub XiCruise (including without limitation to name and Comoclubber ID) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by Comoclub. All collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal data by Comoclub will be in accordance with Comoclub Privacy Policy.
Comoclub x iCruise will handle all personal information in accordance with Comoclub Privacy Policy.
Comoclub x iCruise and Comoclub reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time, at their sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
A cancellation fee of USD50 per person plus any other applicable cancellation fees imposed by the cruise provider shall apply to any cruise booking cancelled by the Comoclubber. This fee is non-refundable. It will be deducted from any applicable refund or charged separately in cash if no refund is due.
Booking cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking and the cruise provider.
