These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth a legally binding agreement between Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (OVC) and each person who browses this site, shops for travel, and/or purchases products and services marketed herein, including the guests of the Comoclubber (Collectively referred to herein as “Lead Booker”). By purchasing products and services through OVC, Lead Booker acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Travel Provider Terms which are incorporated herein. Additionally, Lead Booker agrees that it is Lead Bookers’s sole responsibility to inform any traveling companion(s), guests, or the users of any product or service purchased through OVC of the contents of the Terms and Conditions relating to individual travel products, visa and immigration, health and customs requirements associated with their travel and all applicable Travel Provider Terms.
All reservations are made in accordance with current schedules. Any change in scheduling or delays and the resulting impact on arrangements is not the responsibility of Comoclub.
Quotes are valid for 24 hours; unless otherwise stated.
All fees and charges are stated and payable in USD.
The amounts displayed exclude any credit card merchant fee surcharges.
Cruises are subject to price and schedule change without notice and subject to availability.
Terms and conditions apply to all bookings. It is the responsibility of the Comoclubber to request and understand the terms and conditions of travel.
Bookings will be cancelled if the deposit and / or final payment is not received by the required date.
Lead Bookers are required to be 21 years of age or older. Travelling companions under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, relative, or guardian 25 years or older as part of the travel transaction. Some travel providers may have additional age related and/or physical restrictions. Please note the terms and conditions on the individual product or service description for more details.
It is the responsibility of Lead Booker to ensure booking details are correct, and all passenger names are correct and match passports. Name changes and booking changes incur penalties.
All government fees, port charges, surcharges and taxes are subject to change without notice until final payment is made, and tickets have been issued.
Cancellation and amendment fees apply to all bookings once a deposit has been received.
Before traveling, it is recommended that the travelling party consults with relevant authorities and healthcare professionals for up-to-date advice and recommendations to ensure a safe and informed trip, particularly regarding health, safety, and potential travel restrictions.
Comoclub x iCruise strongly recommends that Comoclubbers purchase travel insurance cover for their destinations.
